Title: Self-care and Worker Resilience in SAAP Services: an exploratory study

Description: This study seeks to learn from SAAP sector workers who appear to thrive in the stressful environment. The focus is to explore self-care strategies employed by workers whjo have been employed continuously for five years or longer, and to develop from that a profile of resilience factors.
